Every year at Sosmatic, we welcome computer science undergraduates from various schools in Barcelona to offer them a 4-month programme for development and contact with the world of work within our Helpdesk and Customer Service divisions.

A 4-month journey – A shared journey
The talent programme lasts approximately four months and, in addition to offering a space to work in the real context of our helpdesk and customer care service, it is complemented by a training itinerary in which we seek to develop skills such as English, time management, entrepreneurship, or more technical aspects like IT security.
Always by your side
The entire time the students are with us, they are accompanied by a mentor who helps and coaches them, and who aims to reinforce their strengths. The students also have a number of meetings with the Human Resources department, which seeks to guide and assess the student’s placement.
